Home Care of Washington hires only the most qualified in home care providers. We carefully screen applicants by checking references, completing both a State and Federal criminal history review, and assessing compassion and dependability.

We offer continuing education to all our employees to provide the highest quality services for all consumers.

We communicate and work together with state and local agencies such as Aging and Long Term Care, Department of Developmental Disabilities, Long Term Care Insurance Companies, Washington Labor and Industries, Veterans Association and other services providers, to make certain the consumer's needs are met.
